For the fifth time in recent years, New Horizons Computer Learning Centers has been recognized the 2016 EC-Council Circle of Excellence – Enterprise award winner. Also adding another notch to his belt is Pete Cortez, New Horizons Technical Instructor, who won an Instructor Circle of Excellence award for North America.
